  • CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

    Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping information, items, and quantities are correct.

  • WHEN CAN I GET PRODUCTS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK?

    We try our best to replenish stock as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can do in the meantime: Sign up for an email alert by going to the specific product page and clicking the “Notify Me” button. When that must-have item is back in action, you’ll be the first to know.

  • HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING ON BEAUTY PRODUCTS?

    For domestic orders, the Joan Dominique Beauty brands offer FREE U.S. Standard Ground Shipping on all orders for members and account holders. For non-members, free U.S, shipping is offered on all $35+ orders. For international orders $75+ USD,  the Joan Dominique Beauty brands offer FREE Standard Shipping. For International orders less than $75 USD, shipping rates vary by country and will be determined at checkout.  US orders must ship via ground Standard Shipping. International orders must ship DHL Express. International shipping rates vary by country and will be determined at checkout.

  • HOW DO I FIND THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

    We get it, you want your products as soon as you can get them: Find the status of a particular order and view your Order History on the Order Status tracking page under  My Account. Please note that the Order History will not be updated until the product(s) have shipped.

  • MY ORDER IS MISSING AN ITEM.

    We might not have had all of the desired items in stock when your package was shipped. If this is the case, the shipping confirmation email should tell you which products might still be outstanding and awaiting shipment. If a product does not get shipped, of course you will not be charged for it.
